Summer Concerts in Claremont

What could be better than a warm summer evening, a picnic in the park, and a serenade of fine music? The answer would be not much, and the good news is that every Monday night during the summer, you can enjoy just the scenario above.

Claremont is the home to the summer concert series, which begins in July and lasts for a total of ten weeks. Each Monday evening, from 7:30 to 9:00 pm, the park will be filled with picnickers as they enjoy the sounds of various musical artists. Each Monday night, a different type of music will be featured, but you can count on a variety of sounds. For example, in past summers, music ranged from classic rock to country to jazz to Calypso. No matter the type of music you normally enjoy, you will certainly find something for you here.

The concerts are designed to be casual, fun and relaxing. You can pack a picnic dinner and bring along a blanket, then settle down in the grass for the next couple of hours. After a long day of working or sightseeing if you are a visitor, you will surely enjoy unwinding to the musical notes that waft around you.
